Yah sooo... my gig professional life is IT support. You're supposed to call me when you have trouble. Or email me from some other system, like the ones they have at your library :D HOWEVER Booyah! to you for fixing your own system. Makes you a better tech than any of the ones answering the phones on our Help line!
